You have several years of relevant experience in health IT companies or Cloud provider.

You have successful previous experience in operating AI in a cloud environment.

You have advance knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code and experience working with public cloud platforms.

More details about the position:

The Site Reliability Engineer ensures the reliability, scalability, and performance of our production systems. You’ll work closely with the development and production team to automate processes, monitor systems, and evolve our platforms with a DevOps and GitOps mindset. You will also collaborate with the AI Implementation Specialist to connect the customer sites with MammoScreen cloud (AI host).

You will monitor the processing of customer cases in the cloud, detect and resolve issues, and provide feedback to the Head of Production and Head of Customer Success.

As our Site Reliability Engineer your Missions and Responsibilities, will be:

Implement and improve monitoring, alerting, and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
Automate deployment, scaling, and recovery workflows using tools like Terraform, Ansible, FluxCD, ArgoCD, etc.
Participate in incident management: detection, troubleshooting, resolution, and post-mortems.
Track and improve SLA / SLO / SLI metrics and contribute to capacity planning
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance application reliability and performance.
Design, build, and maintain highly available and secure infrastructure.
Contribute to infrastructure security: secrets management, hardening, compliance.

It’s necessary to have:

Graduated in Computer Science or/and Biomedical Engineering
2+ years of relevant experience in health IT companies or Cloud provider
Successful previous experience in operating AI in a cloud environment. Clinical AI experience an advantage.
Strong experience with Linux-based systems in production.
Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Solid knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Fluxcd, Helm,).
Comfortable with at least one scripting/programming language (e.g., Bash, Python, Go).
Experience working with public cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
Familiarity with observability stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, …).
English spoken and written. French spoken and written is an advantage.
