At Pawco Foods, we’re redefining pet nutrition and enrichment through our two brands: Pawco, offering sustainable, science‑backed meals that help pets and the planet thrive, and Genius Dog, a premium monthly subscription box designed to deepen the bond between pet parents and their pups.
We’re looking for an Ecommerce Sales Coordinator to help accelerate our digital growth. This role blends hands-on execution with real ownership across DTC, Amazon, and retail marketplaces. You’ll support digital shelf excellence, assortment strategy, reporting, and partnership development — making this a great fit for someone who loves building, optimizing, and moving fast.
What You’ll Do
Catalog Management: Maintain and optimize product listings, reviews, keywords, imagery, and A/B tests to drive conversion.
Assortment Support: Assist with Genius Dog subscription box assortment planning, partnership outreach, and project coordination.
Data & Reporting: Build weekly and monthly sales, acquisition, and performance reports to guide decision-making.
Launch & Retail Expansion: Support distribution growth through retailer outreach, applications, and setup deliverables.
Site Optimization: Update onsite content, run A/B tests, and manage reviews to improve user experience and engagement.
Sales Support: Execute promotions, track performance, and support revenue-driving initiatives.
Order & Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, support forecasting, and ensure product availability across channels.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in entrepreneurship or driving business growth
Passion for animal wellness and the pet industry
Understanding of website optimization, digital merchandising, and promotional strategy
Comfort with analytics, reporting, and strong Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent organization, project management, and attention to detail
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with enthusiasm for testing, learning, and optimizing
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
1–3 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or online sales
