Job description:
We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing Insights, Digital and Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting ad hoc Medical Affairs (MA) analytics projects, assisting with the creation of key performance indicators for MA operations, partnering with MA analytics colleagues to develop responsible AI analytics capabilities, and delivering actionable performance reporting. Your role will directly influence our analytics and reporting strategies, helping us optimize the operations of Medical Affairs and leverage analytics to inform engagements with healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities
• Operational Metrics Development: Design and implement KPIs and performance metrics for content utilization, field engagement effectiveness, AI adoption, and insights generation.
• Data Mining: Explore internal and third-party data sources for trends or insights that can inform strategic decisions.
• Performance Reporting: Collaborate on development of dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, user behavior, and key performance indicators.
• Cross-Platform Analysis: Analyze data across multiple channels to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, media, and product teams to translate business goals into measurable digital strategies.
Requirements:
• Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in business analytics in the healthcare industry (pharmaceuticals preferred) within medical affairs, health economics, or commercial environments.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in analytics tools and methods (e.g., SQL, statistical analysis, predictive analytics), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and data visualization platforms.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings clearly.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Healthcare Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.

• Experience with SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Familiarity with healthcare industry data (e.g., IQVIA, Definitive Healthcare, etc.)
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry (e.g., product launch, healthcare analytics, medical affairs, payer access, etc.)
