Job Specifications
We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect to join our team. This is a senior-level, hands-on role requiring strong technical leadership, solution ownership, and the ability to collaborate closely with both technical and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will drive solution design, guide engineering teams, and engage in detailed discussions to ensure successful delivery of enterprise-grade solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive end-to-end solution architecture across complex enterprise environments.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate requirements into scalable designs.
Provide hands-on guidance to engineering teams, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Lead discussions on system design, integrations, and cloud-native implementations.
Contribute to architectural documentation, technical specifications, and design artifacts.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline (Master’s preferred but not required).
15+ years of proven software engineering and architecture experience.
Strong foundation in product architecture/design including Business Context Diagrams (BCD), sequence/activity/state/ER/DFD diagrams, OOP/OOD, data structures, algorithms, and code instrumentation.
8+ years of experience architecting enterprise solutions on modern technology stacks.
Hands-on expertise with programming languages and frameworks such as Angular, C#, .NET Core, SQL/NoSQL, and unit testing frameworks.
8+ years of cloud-native engineering experience using FaaS, PaaS, and microservices on hyperscalers (AWS preferred).
5+ years of direct experience with AWS cloud-native services including API Gateway, MSK, SNS/SQS, Lambda, Batch, App Mesh, Istio, Step Functions, Glue, Data Pipeline, Lake Formation, Aurora, RDS, DynamoDB, EFS, S3, Athena.
3+ years of exposure to AI/ML and Generative AI solutions (preferred).
Experience in Tax and Immigration domain with strong user experience focus (preferred).
Deep understanding of methodologies and tools such as XP, Lean, SAFe, DevSecOps, SRE, ADO, GitHub, SonarQube.
