Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the luxury fashion industry, has an exceptional opportunity available in its newly in-house Beauty Division within FRWEA Department.

About the job

Based in Paris, the FRWEA E-Business Manager will be reporting to the FRWEA Managing Director and will be responsible for the online channel to support the strategic growth of our e-retailers across France, UK&Ireland, Portugal and Africa.

The manager collaborates closely with local and regional stakeholders, especially with EMEA E-Business team, ensuring alignment with the brand’s strategy and E-Business objectives.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

Ensure perfect CARS (Content, Assortment, Rating & Reviews, Search) execution of Dolce&Gabbana Beauty on E-Retail websites.
Collect information and optimize E-Retailers’ activation plans, aligning them with Commercial and Marketing priorities.
Negotiate with local markets & distributors to secure proper coverage for the online channel.
Collaborate closely with internal multifunctional teams to proactively streamline all aspects of E-commerce & Digital processes.
Process local markets’ requests and align with Global guidelines for approving material go-live.
Monitor, report and optimize E-commerce KPIs (Sales, Market Share, Online weight, ROAS, CR, Traffic, SOV, SOS, Content Score).
Provide regular digital updates to EMEA team and FRWEA Sales and Marketing teams.
Monitor key competitors’ E-commerce activities across markets.

Key Requirements & Competencies

3-5 years of experience in E-commerce/Digital fields.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Data-driven with proficient analytical skills.
Very good skills with Excel & MS Office.
Professional fluency in French & English.
Open, dynamic, flexible, highly motivated, team-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Experience in Beauty and/or Luxury Fashion industries will be considered as a plus.
