The Senior Advisor, Risk is a key member of the Dealer Services Risk & Compliance team, working as part of the 1B (Business Risk) function. This role partners closely with business leaders and support functions to embed operational risk management practices into day-to-day activities. You will help implement and evolve the operational risk management framework, act as a trusted advisor to business units, and foster a proactive risk culture.

What You’ll Accomplish With Us
As a Senior Risk Advisor you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Lead operational risk management activities, including investigations, risk event management, business continuity, RCSAs, due diligence, risk assessments, and employee training.
Prepare risk reporting and trend analyses for leadership and 2nd line stakeholders.
Partner with business stakeholders to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate operational risks.
Support the development and enhancement of business policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Collaborate with internal groups (IT, InfoSec, Legal, Operations, Sales, Group Risk Management, etc.) and contribute to audits, regulatory initiatives, and process‑improvement projects.
Represent the Risk & Compliance team in committees and meetings while promoting a strong, proactive risk culture across the organization.

We’re looking for someone who:
Is known for their strong organizational skills and the ability to management multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Stands out for their outstanding communication and presentation skills
Demonstrates strong analytical and reporting skills,
Has 5 to 10 years of experience within the financial services, ideally with exposure to an insurance or regulatory environment in an operational risk role·

The base salary range for this role is: $87 000 - $120 000 for a Senior level.
