Trident Consulting is seeking a ”Human Annotation Specialist / Data Annotation Engineer" for one of our clients in "Austin, TX". A global leader in business and technology services.

Role: Human Annotation Specialist / Data Annotation Engineer

Location: Austin, TX(Hybrid)

Type: Contract

Required Skills:

Proven experience with human annotation / data labeling tasks.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
High attention to detail and ability to follow complex guidelines.

Responsibilities:

Perform human annotations on text, image, audio, or video data according to defined guidelines.
Apply strong critical thinking skills to interpret complex or ambiguous data accurately.
Ensure high levels of annotation quality, consistency, and accuracy.
Identify edge cases, annotation gaps, and potential improvements in labeling guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, researchers, and quality reviewers
