Job Description

Title: Quality Engineering Intern

Location: Boulder, CO

Schedule: May - August 2026

Nature Of Work

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to);

Contributing to the development of manufacturing software applications
Collaborating with manufacturing software engineers to understand manufacturing needs and requirements
Designing database complex queries
Troubleshooting and testing software solutions

Qualifications

Required Skills:

Programming experience in C# and/or VC++ and/or Python
Understanding of Relational Database Management Systems (MySQL)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred / Nice-to-have Skills

Exposure to manufacturing operations or industrial environments
Knowledge of SAP
Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio or VS Code
Experience with version control using Git and GitHub
Understanding of software development best practices

Education

This role is best suited for anyone currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) program in Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field. Consideration will also be given to other science-based technical programs and degrees.

Compensation - The salary range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: $20.70-$23.50/hour
