Daily Responsibilities:
Describe a typical ‘day in the life’
Working with various business groups and suppliers to build and correct payments in our vendor management system. Data entry of milestone payments, formatting the data for entry into a bot.
What program/technology/software knowledge is essential for this role? Describe in what capacity the selected candidate will be using it:
Excel, Outlook, Beeline
Frequently receiving Excel files via email for translation into Beeline for the purposes of invoicing and payments.
Must-have Skills/Experiences and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:
Attention to detail, good with financial records, problem solving, written and oral communication, swift processing, quick data entry
Nice-to-have Skills/Experience and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:
Basic automation skills (macros, auto hot key), process improvement, accounting
Soft Skills:
Written/verbal conversations with suppliers and business managers.
Highly organized, manage to strict timelines. Coding for when the bot is not functioning properly.
The expected base salary range for this position is $19 – $20 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
