SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant – Freelance (Brussels, Belgium)

For a customer within the public transport sector, we are looking for an SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant to join on a long-term freelance mission.

This assignment is part of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA modernisation program, focusing on optimising plant maintenance processes to support fleet availability, infrastructure reliability, and maintenance operations across multiple depots and operational sites in Belgium.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, implement, and enhance SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) processes to support preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.
Support maintenance planning and execution for rolling stock, infrastructure, and technical assets.
Collaborate closely with maintenance, engineering, operations, and logistics teams to translate business requirements into SAP PM solutions.
Ensure seamless integration between SAP PM, MM, and FI/CO to support spare parts usage, cost tracking, and asset lifecycle management.

Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
Solid understanding of maintenance planning, work order management, and asset lifecycle processes.
Experience working with SAP S/4HANA PM or ECC with a clear understanding of S/4HANA migration impacts.

START DATE: ASAP

DURATION: 12 Months (+)

CONTRACT: Freelance

LOCATION: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid)

ONSITE POLICY: 2–3 days per week on-site

HOURS PER WEEK: 40

LANGUAGES: English (French and Dutch are a plus)

INTERVIEW PROCESS: 1 Stage
