About the Role:
This is a full-time role for a Software Engineer/Computer Scientist. In this position you will integrate the R&D team in charge of developing the next generation of HiFi flow simulation cloud based platform for industrial and environmental flows such as in Aerospace, Power Generation, Energy or Weather Forecast applications.
As part of the technology group, you will contribute to a change in paradigm in CFD pre- and post-processing, numerical settings and automated workflow, through Agentic and GenAI technologies, bringing engineering productivity to unseen levels.
Responsibilities
Designing and developing PrediQT's new GenAI cloud-based platform
Build cutting-edge internal LLM and Agentic infrastructure supporting different product development use-cases, from development, to publishing custom MCPs and automating tests
Developing Generative, Self-Learning & Agentic AI models for automated workflow
Test and validate the new development
Participate to scientific conference in the field of CAE & AI
Write documentation and scientific papers
Advocate the full-stack AI philosophy more broadly in the company, playing a key role in stirring our AI automation vision.
Qualifications
We expect our team members to bring ideas, creativity and rhythm in the development of the first High-Fidelity Software for industrial and environmental flow simulations, with experience and strong background.
Education details
A PhD's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is a prerequisite.
Required Skills
Practical experience building complex LLM-powered and Agentic workflows interacting with heterogeneous services and infrastructure.
A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, and what it takes to build reliable systems at scale, including – but not restricted to – CI/CD, testing, and infrastructure management.
A clear understanding of product management and product ownership processes, going from different types of user feedback intake to well-shaped and prioritized development initiatives..
Hands-on DevOps experience.
Deep knowledge of CFD
Large expertise in using existing LLMs libraries and tools, such as Mistral or related
Solid C, C++, CUDA, Python programming experience...
GPU architecture and native GPU programming
Experience in Man-Machine interactions, User Interface, Ergonomic and Graphical approach to UI is a plus

Experience in weather and climate science industries
