Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a highways and road infrastructure project to completion. The role involves managing cost, programme, quality, and safety while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver highways projects in line with agreed scope, budget, and programme
Manage project planning, risk, change control, and reporting
Coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal teams
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
Act as the main point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
Monitor performance and resolve issues to maintain project momentum

Requirements:

Proven experience delivering highways or major road infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of project management processes and contract administration
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to lead teams and make sound commercial and technical decisions
