Senior Project Manager | London Refurbishment & Fit-Out | £120k + Package

Are you a Senior PM who thrives on high-spec delivery?

I am looking for a seasoned Project Manager to join an established market leader in the London fit-out sector. With over 30 years of proven success and the backing of a major industry group, this company offers the financial security of a legacy firm with a constant appetite for innovation.

This isn't just about managing a site; it’s about total project ownership of high-profile schemes ranging from £3m to £20m.

The Candidate: High-Level Expertise

We are looking for someone who has already "earned their stripes" in the London market.

Experience: A minimum of 8 years’ experience at the PM level within the London refurbishment and fit-out sector.
Sector Knowledge: A strong background in the traditional fit-out market, working for leading contractors.
Technical Proficiency: Fully competent in ASTA and Microsoft Project to manage complex delivery programmes.
Professionalism: Proven ability to lead tender interviews and present clear methodologies to sophisticated clients.
Certifications: NVQ Level 6/7 and an SMSTS Black Card are essential.

The Role: Strategic Delivery Leadership

Reporting directly to the Contracts Director, you will take the lead on projects typically entering at RIBA Stage 2–3.

Project Ownership: Lead projects from pre-construction through to practical completion, managing design, procurement, and construction sequencing.
Team Leadership: Direct a multi-disciplinary delivery team, including Design, Technical Services, and Site Managers.
Client Interface: Act as the primary lead for external reporting to clients, project managers, and consultants.
Technical Integrity: Ensure the highest standards of safety and quality, specifically focusing on compliant fire-stopping and life-safety details.
