Context

As part of the GO-CIO – Technology Office activities, the service provider will support teams responsible for enterprise security architecture. This role is part of a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) implementation project.

Role Objective

The Data Security Architect plays a key role in defining, analyzing, and implementing the Data Loss Prevention model, working closely with product teams and business units. The position involves coordinating stakeholders and formalizing deliverables for the DLP project.

Key Responsibilities

Analysis & Design

Conduct research and analysis on data architecture to identify risks related to data leakage.
Contribute to defining the Data Leakage Model.
Review and extract data leak scenarios from the previous year’s DLP study.
Gather DLP requirements and scenarios identified by GO product teams.
Identify and formalize additional leak scenarios not yet covered.

Evaluation & Security Measures

Participate in assessing leak scenarios and defining associated security controls.

Project Deliverables & Documentation

Produce and maintain project documentation (architecture documents, meeting minutes, working materials).
Update and manage the project’s SharePoint spaces.

Stakeholder Engagement

Ensure effective coordination, monitoring, and communication with entities throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Profile

Strong expertise in data security architecture and DLP solutions.
Ability to analyze complex data environments and propose robust security measures.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in producing clear, structured documentation and managing collaborative platforms (e.g., SharePoint).
