The Opportunity We Provide

Mary Kay has a new and technologically advanced manufacturing facility in Lewisville, TX. We manufacture skincare and cosmetics in a high-volume environment with a focus on uncompromising quality, maximum operational efficiency, and responsiveness to changes in customer needs and consumer desires.  Our highly accomplished team includes engineers, mechanics, operational leads, buyers, inspectors and other manufacturing disciplines.

Available opportunities within Supply Chain at Mary Kay this summer:

Integrated Supply Chain Intern – The Integrated Supply Chain Intern will contribute to global projects and transformative initiatives including automation, S&OP transformation, AI applications, and data readiness for new systems.

Strong Microsoft Office skills
Tableau experience (preferred, not required)
Experience in end-to-end supply chain planning systems (preferred, not required)
Operations Engineer Intern – The Operations Engineer Intern will be supporting Packaging Operations, focused on process improvement, efficiency, or cost savings.
The Value You Bring:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (data analysis, reporting, presentations)
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
Knowledge or interest of manufacturing processes, preferably CPGs (preferred, not required)
Familiarity with data visualization tools (preferred, not required)
Exposure to Lean Six Sigma (preferred, not required)
Procurement Intern – The Procurement Intern will support key sourcing and supplier-related initiatives across the Purchasing Division. This role will be involved in supplier negotiations, competitive bidding, supply risk mitigation, and end-to-end sourcing workflow analysis.

Supply Chain Intern – The Supply Chain Intern will gain hands-on exposure to supply chain operations within Logisitics, Distribution, and Process Transformation.

Curiosity and eagerness to learn
Exposure to supply chain systems – WMS, TMS, ERP. (Preferred, not required)

Summer Program Details

The Mary Kay 2026 Summer Intern Program is a 10-week internship from late May to early August.
All our internships are paid, starting at $20/ hour.
Our internships are Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, and require you to be in the office 4-5 days per week.
Our internships are located at our Global Headquarters in Addison, TX or our Manufacturing/ R&D Facility in Lewisville, TX.
Interns will receive any required equipment, such as a laptop.

Minimum Qualifications

Must still be pursuing undergraduate or master’s degree
To be eligible you must be currently enrolled as a full-time student (undergraduate) or part time (graduate) as defined by your university at the time of application.
Minimum Sophomore status. Rising juniors or seniors preferred.
Preferred Degrees: Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics
