Software Engineering Internship (UI/UX + Front-End) – AirKitchenz

3–6 Months | Unpaid | Remote/Hybrid | VC-Backed Startup

AirKitchenz is a VC-backed startup building a marketplace that allows restaurants to rent out their unused kitchen hours and enables food businesses to launch or expand without build-out costs or long-term commitments.

We are growing fast, and we’re looking for motivated software engineering interns who want hands-on experience building a real product used by real users.

Internship Role: Software Engineer (UI/UX + More)

What you’ll focus on:

UI/UX design and improvement
Front-end development (React/Next.js/Tailwind or similar)
User flows, onboarding screens, dashboards
Marketplace and booking experience
Collaborating directly with the engineering team
Working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment

This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn by building, not observing.

What You Will Work On

You will support the tech team on projects including:

Improving the design and usability of the platform
Implementing front-end features
Enhancing user experience across all pages
Working on booking flows, listings, messaging, and other core modules
Helping shape new UI for upcoming tools and features

You’ll get exposure to how a real startup builds, ships, and iterates.
