Core Responsibilities

1. Generative Model Innovation (Text-to-Circuit)

Spearhead the design and optimization of Text-to-Circuit Layout generation models.
Research and improve architectures based on Diffusion Models, GANs, and Transformers.
Solve complex generation challenges involving topological constraints, physical design rules, and aesthetic layout optimization.

2. Multimodal Architecture & Domain Adaptation

Design multimodal fusion architectures (Text-Image-Structured Data) to convert natural language descriptions into precise circuit specifications.
Construct professional Knowledge Graphs for Electronic Engineering.
Develop specialized generation models for PCB design and circuit simulation, embedding industry standards and constraints into the AI models.

3. Advanced Research & Optimization

Stay at the forefront of AIGC research (ControlNet, LoRA, Adapter, etc.) and explore Agent-based generation and Reinforcement Learning (RL) methods.
Optimize model performance for real-time interaction (quantization, distillation, model compression).
Establish data quality assessment pipelines and strategies for synthetic data generation in the circuit domain.

Qualifications
Education: PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field (or Master’s degree with 5+ years of exceptional relevant experience).
Generative AI Expertise:
Deep understanding of Diffusion Models (Stable Diffusion), VAE, and GANs.
Proven experience with Text-to-Image models (DALL-E, Midjourney style architectures) and Multimodal models (CLIP, BLIP, GPT-4V).
Familiarity with fine-tuning and control techniques like ControlNet, LoRA, and Adapters.
Technical Stack: Proficient in PyTorch/TensorFlow. Experience with distributed training on high-performance computing clusters (GPU/TPU).
Engineering: Hands-on experience with open-source frameworks (Diffusers, Transformers, ComfyUI) and deployment tools (TensorRT, ONNX).
