PURPOSE

The Data Intelligence team develops and deploys data-driven and AI-powered solutions to optimize operations in the aviation industry, with a specific focus on reducing the sector's CO2 emissions, and you'll work on SITA OptiLevel module.

We are seeking an AI Product Technical Specialist to manage the technical aspects of AI product development. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of AI technologies and experience in project management and coordination. While we require at least 4 years of experience for this role, we are open to considering candidates with less experience who demonstrate the ability to handle this level of responsibility during the interview process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the technical development of AI products, including implementation of new features and bug fixes
Develop and manage the plan for product development
Work closely with the Flight Operations Expert for AI Products and the AI Expert / Model Engineer to ensure that the products are optimized for aerial operations and meet necessary safety and operational requirements
Serve as the point of contact for technical aspects of AI product development, including communication with contractors and other stakeholders
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external partners
Manage and mentor the Junior AI Engineer in the development of new products and the maintenance of existing ones
Occasionally contribute your expertise to the development of other products

EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
At least 4 years of experience in AI product development with Python and project management
Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in product development
Experience working in the aviation industry
Excellent project management and coordination skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
