We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer/Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, along with expertise in Informatica and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services. The candidate should possess a Salesforce Architect certification and have a solid understanding of HIPAA compliance standards. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design and implement robust Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to meet business requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Implement data integration solutions using Informatica and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services to facilitate seamless data flow between systems.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations in all Salesforce implementations and data management practices.

Provide architectural guidance and best practices for Salesforce development, including security, scalability, and performance optimization.

Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation processes.

Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to leverage new capabilities effectively.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize project scope and deliverables.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer/Architect with a strong focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Expertise in Informatica and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services for data integration.

Salesforce Architect certification is required.

Comprehensive understanding of HIPAA compliance and its implications for Salesforce implementations.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
