Senior Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer

Location: London

Hybrid working model-3 days from the client office in Central London

Permanent preferably

Candidates with shorter notice periods and full work authorization in the UK will be given preferences

About The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer to design and deliver secure, scalable, and engaging digital experiences across the Salesforce ecosystem. You’ll lead the development of branded community portals, CMS-driven experiences, and seamless integrations between Experience Cloud and Sales Cloud, aligned with best practices and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance Experience Cloud sites using LWC, LWR, and Flows.
Integrate Experience Cloud with Sales Cloud for partner engagement, lead management, and case workflows.
Manage and personalize content using Salesforce CMS and CMS Collections.
Ensure UI/UX consistency with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
Build reusable components and contribute to internal frameworks for scalability and maintainability.
Implement secure access models (SSO, MFA) aligned with governance and regulatory standards.
Mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and collaborate in Agile teams using GitHub and JIRA.

What You’ll Bring

5–8+ years of Salesforce development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Experience Cloud and Sales Cloud.
Proven background in community portal and CMS-driven experience delivery.
Deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, accessibility, and governance.
Experience optimizing performance, personalization, and mobile responsiveness.
