About the division:
The Wealth Management division of Deutsche Bank focuses on wealthy individuals and their families, entrepreneurs and institutions. The Brussels Wealth Management team comprises 6 bankers and 2 assistants. In order to support its strong growth path, we are looking for a graduate to further support this growth and be involved in the entire Wealth Management value proposition.
About the role:
As a Graduate in Wealth Management, you will play an active role in supporting client acquisition and servicing. You will help identify new prospects using advanced prospection tools provided by the bank and analyze their wealth situation and balance sheet to assess asset potential. Working closely with senior colleagues, you will contribute to determining the most suitable products and services to present to clients.
Your responsibilities will also include preparing compelling written pitches that leverage Deutsche Bank Wealth Management’s comprehensive offering. Additionally, you will assist in preparing and participating in client meetings, both during the initial prospection phase and throughout ongoing client relationship management.

We are looking for talented graduates with a strong interest in capital markets and a genuine passion for financial topics. You should bring commercial acumen alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively and build lasting relationships. Strong analytical thinking combined with a structured, solution-oriented mindset will be key to thriving in this role.
Fluency in French, Dutch, and English is essential, and you should hold a completed degree in economics, business engineering, law, or a similar discipline. Your ability to approach challenges strategically and deliver insightful analysis will complete your profile.
To be eligible for the 2026 Graduate Programme, you must:
Complete your studies (all final exams, coursework and have no outstanding requirements for graduation) between 1st January 2025 and 31st July 2026.
Be able to start full time work in July 2026, subject to local working legislation and visa requirements.
Possess no more than 12 months full-time, relevant work experience (excluding internships).
