ServiceNow Technical Consultant (SPM & HRSD Required, CSM Desired)

6 month consulting engagement direct with CDW

100% remote

CDW is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow SPM and HRSD (required) and working knowledge of CSM (desired). In this role, you will design, estimate, develop, and deliver high-quality solutions that align with customer requirements, process design principles, and ServiceNow best practices and standards. You will collaborate on the creation and maintenance of technical standards, ensure timely and consistent delivery of valued outcomes, and contribute to the continual improvement of delivery processes, capabilities, and best practices. This role also includes managing multiple clients post-implementation, maintaining accurate timekeeping and calendars, and supporting other responsibilities as assigned.

What We Expect of You:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
ServiceNow CSA + 3 CIS certifications (current or obtained within 6 months)
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM and HRSD (required); CSM experience is highly desired
Strong understanding of ITIL processes
Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, SSL, SAML/SSO, and related technologies
Experience with web services integrations
Proven track record as a key technical resource leading development and delivery of ITSM solutions
Experience with the Scrum methodology
Ability to consult, influence, and communicate complex concepts in clear business terms
Proficiency with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, AngularJS, etc.) and SaaS environments
Strong communication, presentation, and active listening skills
Customer-centric mindset and comfort working with diverse teams and cultures
High ownership, accountability, attention to detail, and professionalism
Ability to make decisions that impact operational credibility and customer satisfaction
Commitment to delivering excellent experiences and supporting a “make it right” service philosophy
Comfortable on camera for remote meetings
Ability to travel up to 10%
