Executive Assistant to CFO – Global Corporate Business

Location: City of London | Contract Type: Permanent | Salary: £70,000 -£80,000 + Benefits

Our client, a leading global corporate organisation based in the city, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) plus 1other . This is a pivotal role within the business, requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive EA support to the CFO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Manage complex global diaries, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones.
Coordinate international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.
Prepare and manage high-quality documentation, reports, and presentations.
Act as a key liaison point for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Preparing for key stakeholder meetings to include Board, ExCo and shareholder meetings
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Support with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.

About You

Proven experience as a Senior EA supporting C-suite executives in a global corporate environment.
Strong track record in international diary and travel management.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Professional, proactive, and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail.
