Position: Contract Surface A&D Analyst

Location: Calgary, AB (Onsite)

Pay Rate: $54.00-$66.00/hr

Duration: Dec. 1, 2025 – Nov. 30, 2026 | Mon–Fri, 40 hours/week

Your daily impact: Support surface land A&D activities: validate schedules, prepare conveyance documents, update land systems

Identify and communicate risks and discrepancies

Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate reporting

Deliver meaningful process improvements

Foster relationships with stakeholders across the business

Solve complex A&D problems and complete chain of title reviews

You’re an outstanding fit if you: Are legally entitled to work in Canada

Have 10+ years’ surface land/A&D experience

Hold a Petroleum Land Administration certificate or equivalent

Are highly skilled with CS Land, OneStop, ETS, ISC, Land Titles, Abadata & mapping tools

Excel at data analysis and decision-making

Know Western Canada regulations (Alberta, BC, Saskatchewan) inside & out

Communicate with confidence and build strong relationships

Are self-motivated, detailed, and committed to continuous improvement
