We are seeking a skilled consultant to become an integral member of our client's innovative team focused on AI and Analytics within the Data Insights sector. This role is essential for developing advanced data-driven solutions aimed at enhancing government efficiency and transparency. You will leverage your expertise to build and implement state-of-the-art machine learning and AI models that extract valuable insights from large and complex datasets, working collaboratively with data engineers, architects, and domain specialists.

Responsibilities And Tasks

Your key responsibilities will include:

Designing and applying the latest techniques in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP) to fulfill a variety of AI use cases.
Conducting analytical experiments to produce insights that support policymakers and operational teams.
Documenting methodologies and processes to ensure the reproducibility and sustainability of AI solutions.
Coaching junior team members and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing within the team.
Actively contributing to the strategy of the AI & Analytics subteam while supporting the digital transformation initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience in developing AI models and optimizing databases and queries.
Hands-on experience in analyzing data flows and reporting.
Familiarity with various programming and scripting languages, including Python, as well as experience with databases such as SQL and Oracle.
Knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and familiarity with tools like Databricks will be advantageous.
Expertise in machine learning algorithms, Langchain or LangGraph, and natural language processing is preferred.
Strong analytical skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders in both Dutch and English.

Language Requirement

Fluency in Dutch at the European CEFR level C2 and proficiency in English is required.
