Job Specifications

We’re looking for an IT Process Analyst to join our client’s organization and support the design, analysis, and continuous improvement of IT processes in a complex enterprise environment. In this role, you will work closely with IT and business stakeholders to understand how processes run today, identify opportunities for optimization, and help translate operational needs into efficient, well-documented workflows.

Role & Responsibilities

You will contribute to improving the quality, performance, and governance of IT processes:

Analyze existing IT processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks
Support the design and optimization of end-to-end IT workflows
Document processes, procedures, and work instructions in a structured manner
Collect and analyze performance data and KPIs
Assist in integrating best practices and standards into daily operations
Support IT transformation and process-standardization initiatives
Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders
Contribute to process governance and continuous improvement activities
Help maintain process repositories and documentation tools

Process Environment & Tooling

You will work within a structured IT landscape:

Application of IT service management frameworks (ITIL, COBIT or similar)
Collaboration with architecture, security, compliance, and operations teams
Exposure to process modeling tools and reporting platforms
Support for automation and monitoring initiatives

The Ideal Candidate

You are analytical, structured, and eager to improve how IT works:

Experience in an IT process, business analysis, or operations role
Understanding of IT service management concepts
Strong documentation and analytical skills
Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders
Good communication and facilitation skills
Comfortable working in a dynamic, enterprise environment
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Experience with process modeling tools is a plus
