Description: Safeguards applications and infrastructure by managing user access, supporting security initiatives, and supporting the user provisioning process across the organization.

Responsibilities:
Managing user identities and access controls, which involves user provisioning and de-provisioning, and enforcing access policies.
Implement and maintain identity and access management systems like Azure AD or Active Directory, troubleshoot access issues, and ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
Process and resolve access-related tickets in a timely manner according to service level agreements
Support onboarding, offboarding, role changes, access remediation, and privileged access requests
Troubleshoot and resolve user access issues in collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and end users
Assist with complex access requests and support internal and external audit activities
Maintain user access groups and partner with affiliates to enforce and audit security controls
Help develop, maintain, and enforce IT security policies
Qualifications:

2 years of experience with user provisioning and de-provisioning
Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, & Service Now
Microsoft Office
Bonus Skills:
