Having Application and Maintenance Support experience. Having sound knowledge of ITIL processes.

- Monitoring Service now queue for incidents, acknowledgement, and resolution of incidents within SLAs

- Perform RCAs for Major incident bridges

- Good knowledge about continuous integration tools e.g. GIT, Jenkins, XLR etc.
