Growing Mobile Games Studio | Graduate Product Analyst (Internship) | London | Hybrid | £27k pro rata | Start Date: January

About the Company

We are partnered with a growing mobile games studio based in London, working on highly successful free-to-play titles enjoyed by millions of players worldwide. Their team brings together designers, engineers, product specialists, and analysts to create engaging player experiences while continuously improving game performance through data-driven decision making and experimentation.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Product and Experimentation Intern to support the ongoing optimisation of their flagship mobile game. This internship is ideal for someone interested in product management, player behaviour, and data, and who wants hands-on experience designing and running A/B tests in a live game environment. You will help transform raw ideas into structured experiments that enhance player experience and commercial performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and scoping A/B tests across features, flows, messaging, pricing, and LiveOps configurations

• Draft clear experiment briefs outlining hypotheses, variants, target audiences, success metrics, and potential risks

• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and LiveOps teams to ensure experiments are implemented correctly

• Monitor tests while running, checking for data quality and unexpected outcomes

• Analyse experiment results and help translate insights into actionable recommendations

• Maintain documentation of experiments, results, and learnings for future reference

• Review player data, funnels, and behaviour to identify new experimentation opportunities

• Support ad hoc product analysis, such as investigating changes in key metrics

Requirements

• Strong interest in product management, growth, or data-driven decision making

• Curiosity about player behaviour in free-to-play mobile games

• Confidence working with numbers, metrics, and structured problem solving

• Ability to turn broad ideas into testable hypotheses

• Experience with Google Sheets or Excel; familiarity with dashboards or analytics tools is an advantage

• Basic understanding of A/B testing concepts (control, variant, metrics) is a plus

• Excellent communication skills

• Proactive, organised, and detail oriented

• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams

• Interest in using generative AI to support analysis, documentation, or ideation

• Please note: visa sponsorship is not available for this role

Benefits

• Salary of £27k pro rata per month

• Hands-on experience working on a live, commercially successful game

• Exposure to the full game development pipeline from concept to release

• Mentorship from experienced product and design professionals

• Creative autonomy in a friendly and collaborative environment

• Hybrid working model with three days per week in the London office
