AI Solutions Engineer – Senior Manager

Up to £120,000 + Bonus

Join a global leader driving AI innovation for enterprise clients. We’re seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to act as the technical bridge between sales teams and delivery capabilities, shaping cutting-edge AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.

As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will:

• Support the sales process by designing and demonstrating AI/ML prototypes.

• Translate business challenges into technically feasible solutions.

• Advise on AI architecture, deployment strategies, and integration requirements.

• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Showcase technical excellence in proposals and early client engagements.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience (10+yrs) working with sales teams on enterprise software solutions.

• Expertise in AI Model Architecture – LLMs, SLMs, performance, training, deployment.

• Hands-on experience with at least two hyperscaler platforms:

AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure ML, OpenAI.

• Strong understanding of statistics, machine learning, data science, and big data.

• Knowledge of cloud security, landing zones, and AI cost optimisation (FinOps).
