Software Development Project Manager (Java)

Location: Bruges (freelance)

I am looking for an experienced Software Development Project Manager to lead a major, multi-year strategic IT project. Start ASAP.

What will you do?

Lead 3 Java development teams (+20 people) across Business Applications & Business Platforms.
Build and manage a tight project plan that spans multiple teams and departments.
Drive all phases of a large payroll-to-enterprise transformation.
Work closely with the business program manager and other IT project leads.
Spot bottlenecks quickly and help teams deliver smoothly.

Who are you?

Senior project manager with 6+ years of experience in software development projects (in-house build, no package implementations).
Strong technical understanding of Java and modern software delivery: risks, deployment, dependencies, changelog… you know the drill.
A clear communicator with strong decision-making skills and the ability to connect teams.
MUST - Native Dutch speaking
