Are you an experienced Network Engineer looking for your next challenge within a secure, high-performing environment? We're supporting a leading organisation in recruiting a Senior Engineer to join their Infrastructure Operations function on a 12-month FTC.

In this role, you'll lead and mentor a technical team, take ownership of complex incidents, and play a pivotal part in maintaining and improving a highly secure and resilient infrastructure.
What You'll Be Doing

Leading, coaching and supporting a team of engineers.
Prioritising and managing tasks to ensure technical incidents are resolved quickly and effectively.
Working collaboratively with infrastructure teams, project managers, capacity and availability managers.
Troubleshooting issues, identifying recurring problems, and escalating where necessary.
Contributing to a culture of professionalism, innovation, collaboration and trust.Network & Security Technologies

Cisco switching, routing, wireless and security
Network protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, ICMP, IPSEC
Cisco ASA, Cisco Firepower (NGFW)
Palo Alto firewalls
Cisco ISE & Prime
Cisco ACI
BIG-IP F5 (LTM, ASM)
Virtualisation & Cloud

VMware or similar virtual network environments
Azure and/or AWS experience
Monitoring & Tooling

PRTG or similar network monitoring tools
