Job Specifications

We are looking for a Delivery Manager with strong Atlassian Cloud expertise to administer, configure, and optimize Jira and Confluence

Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and optimize Atlassian Cloud systems (Jira, Confluence)
Manage users, permissions, and access rights. Develop and maintain integrations with other enterprise systems
Analyze and improve processes and workflows
Ensure system security, stability, and data integrity
Provide user support, documentation, and training
Lead Atlassian related projects and mentor team members

Qualifications

4 years of hands on experience as a Jira Administrator, including Cloud environment Expert knowledge of Jira and Confluence Cloud configuration, automation, and administration
Strong understanding of system integration (REST API, webhooks) and security principles
Experience with Atlassian Marketplace apps and plugins
Analytical mindset and strong problem solving skills
Clear communication and collaboration with both technical and non technical teams
Upper intermediate or higher English level
Nice to have: Experience with ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud
