Director of Product - Data Platform

Define and deliver the Data Platform vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes.
Build and lead a high-performing PM team focused on data infrastructure, semantics, and AI enablement.
Partner with engineering and data science to deliver a unified data fabric and services layer.
Enable AI-driven analytics, benchmarking, and reporting across the product suite.
Establish governance, access, and adoption models that make data universally usable and trustworthy.
Drive adoption of the Data Platform across business units, ensuring consistent use of shared data assets.
Communicate the platform's impact and value to executives, customers and partners. Required Qualifications
10+ years in product management, with 5+ in leadership roles.
Experienced building data or platform products in enterprise SaaS.
Strong technical foundation in data architecture, pipelines, analytics, and AI/ML ecosystems (eg, Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Data Mesh, semantic layers).
Proven success driving enterprise-scale data transformation.
Skilled at leading through influence, building cross-functional alignment and mentoring teams.
Comfortable representing complex technical capabilities in clear business terms. Why This Role Matters
