Job Specifications

Senior User Researcher needed to join a cutting edge digital service within central government.

Up to 650 per day, Inside IR35
Hybrid working. 6 months initially

Role:
Working closely with teams to plan, design and deliver activities to understand user needs, motivations and paint points when adopting AI tools and new ways of working.

Your insights will shape the design and delivery of AI enabled solutions to meet the needs of civil servants and operations teams adopting new ways of working.

Skills:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Conducting lean research using a mixture of methods; methods; surveys, workshops, group work, interviews
Experience of AI, digital transformation or process improvement in large organisations
Proven track record of introducing and embedding new UR methods
Guiding teams to adopt user-centred design practices
Agile working in iterative delivery environments
Deadline 1st December at 5pm
