Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Art Director to join our client
Contract Period: 24 Months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: Starting from $54 per hour
Location: Toronto, ON
Location Type: Hybrid - twice a week
Business Hours: Monday – Friday; 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Job Responsibilities:
Create high-quality graphics and visual assets for internal campaigns for new products and processes
Develop short videos, motion graphics, and light animations
Translate complex ideas into polished visuals (slides, one-pagers, infographics, thumbnails)
Refresh and elevate existing creative consistently with brand
Partner with Comms to deliver visuals that improve clarity and engagement
Support ad-hoc creative needs for leadership and enterprise channels
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
5 to 7 Years of Experience in agency or in-house creative teams; Financial services Experience is desirable
Strong portfolio across design and motion - portfolio attached (if linked provide website)
Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects), Figma
Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling abilities
Able to deliver fast, with minimal direction and rework
Finance Industry Services Experience
Translating Finance Industry concepts to visual assets help to explain/bring interest
