Job Title: Corporate Financier (Off-Cycle Intern, Analyst)

We offer unique opportunities to early career professionals, including Internships and Graduate positions. We are now looking for Off-cycle Interns in our London office in our Global Technology Group and Healthcare sector Teams for a period of 5-6 months. Intake dates available Jan-March or July-September 2026.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Tasks and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Prepare presentation materials for new business pitches or client projects
Research and present company/industry information including financial data.
Conduct financial analysis using Bloomberg / Thomson Eikon / Excel
Write reports and Board papers
Work with Compliance colleagues to ensure adequate client and transaction take on procedures are followed (jncluding drafting of take-on papers for internal approval committees)
Maintain internal databases (IPOs, M&A etc)
Monitor selected client and peer group market news
Provide ad hoc support on assigned transactions

Candidate Profile

University Student or Graduate
Previous relevant experience
2:1 or above achieved at degree level (or on track to obtain)
High level of numeracy and financially literate
Open to graduates from all backgrounds, regardless of area of study or degree focus
Show emotional intelligence and awareness
Strong MS Office skills
Confident presenter
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrable interest in Finance
Available to intern for a minimum of 5-6 months.
