Role Overview
As a senior role, within our Training team, the AI Training Lead is responsible for all aspects of our AI training provision, including the design and delivery of high-quality AI courses and workshops for clients across sectors, particularly within legal and other professional services.
The AI Training Lead will be pivotal to the advancement of our AI training provision, ensuring our content remains current, practical, and aligned with the fast-moving AI landscape.
This role is both strategic and hands-on, involving client engagement, course development, delivery, and contribution to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of this role will include:
Training Design: Design and develop AI and Microsoft 365 related training courses, workshops, and learning materials for professional audiences. Where appropriate, adapt training content and materials to meet client needs, sector trends and skill levels.
Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions to users globally. Training sessions will be delivered both in-person and virtually.
Client Engagement & Business Development: Collaborate with the Client Success Director to understand client needs and design bespoke AI training solutions, while supporting business development through proposals, tenders, and marketing initiatives. Represent the company as an AI training expert at client meetings, conferences, and industry events. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Training Operations: Manage scheduling and bookings for AI and Microsoft Office 365 training programmes to ensure seamless delivery and resource coordination.
Quality Assurance: Maintain and update learning materials and course documentation, while monitoring content and delivery standards to guarantee consistency and alignment with company guidelines.
Continuous Improvement & Strategic Collaboration: Evaluate and refine training design and delivery using feedback and performance metrics, while partnering with colleagues to enhance our AI and Microsoft 365 offerings. Mentor and up-skill trainers and other team members in AI topics and contribute to shaping the company’s strategic roadmap for emerging technology training.
Essential Requirements
A strong passion for AI and emerging technologies, with a demonstrated enthusiasm for staying ahead of industry developments.
Extensive experience in designing and delivering AI-focused training programmes, showcasing innovative and effective learning strategies.
A solid understanding of AI applications within legal, professional, or corporate environments.
Up-to-date expertise in AI tools and techniques, including generative AI, automation, data analysis, LLMs, and prompt engineering, with a proactive approach to continuous learning.
Proven experience in designing and delivering Microsoft 365 training programme
