We are looking for a service manager to join the Servicedesk team of our client responsible for TOPDesk Evolutive/Corrective maintenance.

Your profile

Aantoonbare ervaring binnen Service Management
Aantoonbare ervaring met het uitbaten en onderhouden van TOPDesk
Aantoonbare ervaring met het werken als operator in een ITSM tool binnen incident management
Aantoonbare ervaring met ITSM Tools (bv. Omnitracker, Service Now, …)
Aantoonbare goede kennis van het Engels (zowel geschreven als gesproken)
Leverancier voegt ingevulde teamtemplate toe aan zijn voorstel.
Taalvereiste: Nederlandstalig of Franstalig op Europees CEFR-niveau C1
Aantoonbare ervaring in de energiesector
Aantoonbare ervaring in het werken met JSON bestanden
Aantoonbare ervaring met Business Analyse
Aantoonbare ervaring met het werken als operator in een ITSM tool binnen Asset Management
Aantoonbare ervaring met het werken als operator in een ITSM tool binnen change & problem management
Aantoonbare ervaring met ITIL
