The opportunity
We're looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Global Head of Content Marketing to join our high-performing Corporate Marketing team at one of the world's fastest-growing data, analytics, and AI companies. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping the global editorial vision that defines how Quantexa communicates its category leadership in Decision Intelligence and AI for highly regulated industries.
As the global leader for content strategy, you will define and scale Quantexa's storytelling engine - aligning our platform, industry, and customer narratives to drive awareness, thought leadership, and demand. You'll oversee a talented team of content professionals, agencies, and freelancers to produce high-value assets that educate the market, support campaigns, and inspire confidence in Quantexa as the vendor of force in the emerging Decision Intelligence category.
This is a unique opportunity to build a world-class content marketing function during a critical scale-up period following Quantexa's $175 million Series F round and $2.6 billion valuation. You will collaborate with product, communications, and executive leaders globally to ensure every piece of content reinforces our mission to empower organizations to make trusted, AI-driven decisions with data in context.
You'll Be Doing.
Lead Global Content Strategy: Define and drive a cohesive editorial and content strategy that advances Quantexa's brand, category creation, and demand generation goals across regions and industries
Own Editorial Vision & Governance: Oversee the global editorial calendar, tone of voice, messaging hierarchy, and alignment to the corporate narrative across Decision Intelligence, AI, and platform storytelling. Establish overarching goals and objectives for our annual program and ensure the team continues to focus on the highest impact items as part of ongoing prioritization
Prioritise High-Value Assets: Direct the creation of strategic content including thought leadership, analyst-driven POVs, customer storytelling, platform explainers, event content, and 3rd-party content licensing.
Scale Through Teams & Agencies: Manage an integrated team of writers, editors, contractors, and creative agencies — building efficient content production models that balance quality, speed, and scale
Scale Through AI: Define best practices on how to infuse our content production processes with AI to make the most out of the resources and investments we already have and quicken our time to market
Integrated Storytelling: Partner closely with Product Marketing, Field & Industry Marketing, and Communications/PR to ensure unified, audience-led storytelling that supports key campaigns and launches
Customer Storytelling Program: Own the framework, prioritisation, and execution of customer stories that highlight real-world business outcomes across sectors and geographies
Comms & Content Council Leadership: Co-run Quantexa's Marketing Comms Council to align all marketing and communications outputs for maximum visibility, consistency, and impact
Ecosystem Event Content: Support and shape content for major ecosystem events (e.g., QuanCon, Innovation Forums, Analyst Summits), including keynotes, breakout topics, and thought leadership assets
Budget Management: Oversee global content budget, agency retainers, and resource allocation, ensuring investments align to brand and pipeline objectives
Measurement & Optimisation: Establish clear KPIs for content performance (awareness, engagement, conversion) and continuously refine strategy through analytics, feedback, and ROI insights
Requirements
What You'll Bring.
Substantial experience (typically 10+ years) in content marketing, editorial strategy, or corporate storytelling roles within B2B technology companies
Proven ability to craft and scale a global editorial vision that drives brand and category leadership
Experience leading content teams and managing agency ecosystems
Strong track record in producing executive-level thought leadership, customer storytelling, and technical-to-business translation content
