Role: Solutions Consultant

Location: London, UK (Hybrid: 3 days onsite)

Type: (Contract - 7 months)

My client, a global technology leader, is seeking a Solutions Consultant to support operational and strategic solution delivery across internal teams and external partners. This is a maternity cover role within a horizontal business function.

Responsibilities

Act as a partner to internal teams and external users to translate business needs into scalable solutions
Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure high-quality delivery across the user/partner/client lifecycle
Lead project planning, status reporting, issue tracking, and documentation
Create and maintain repeatable solution content (e.g., best practices, tutorials, support materials)
Identify inefficiencies and contribute to business efficiency plans (BEP)
Collaborate cross-functionally to define long-term solution strategies and influence product direction
Execute solutions aligned with business objectives and technical requirements
Analyze trends in solution issues and work with engineering to mitigate future risks
Participate in partner reviews and contribute to adoption and engagement strategies
Support gap analysis using user feedback and metrics to inform solution development

Required Skills

Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication
Experience in vendor management, operations management, project delivery, and process optimization
Proficiency in Excel and ability to interpret data and metrics
Consultative problem-solving and documentation skills
Familiarity with systems thinking and cross-functional collaboration

Nice to Have

Experience in big tech, SaaS, or vendor operations
Understanding of basic technical concepts (e.g., APIs, onboarding flows)
Exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
