What You’ll Do:
As a key player in the marketing team, you will lead the charge in transforming strategic sponsorships into impactful campaigns that capture global attention. Your contributions will directly shape how the brand is perceived and experienced by diverse audiences worldwide.
Manage the comprehensive planning, coordination, and hands-on execution of integrated global sponsorship campaigns, developing annual and seasonal calendars that align with brand priorities and business objectives.
Coordinate the fulfillment and activation of sponsorship rights, managing timelines, approvals, and delivery with agencies and rights-holders to ensure effective use across digital, social, broadcast, experiential, and internal channels.
Collaborate closely with brand, media, PR, social, and regional marketing teams to ensure sponsorships come to life across all paid, owned, and earned channels, championing innovation in digital, experiential, and content formats.
Develop and utilize measurement frameworks to assess campaign performance, delivering timely reports with actionable insights and recommendations to continuously raise the bar for execution.
Act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders, creative agencies, and sponsorship rights-holders, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and best practices, leveraging access to talent, IP, and content to elevate the company’s storytelling and align all activities with broader brand and business strategy.
What You Bring:
8+ years of experience in sponsorship marketing, with a proven track record of delivering high-profile sports or entertainment activations that drive measurable brand and business impact.
Demonstrated ability to translate sponsorship rights into integrated campaigns across digital, social, broadcast, experiential, and internal channels.
Expertise in managing agencies, vendors, and rights-holders, including driving timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Highly detail-oriented with a strong blend of creativity, perseverance, and a relentless drive for results.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a global environment.
Comfort operating in a fast-paced setting, adept at balancing multiple priorities and deadlines without sacrificing quality.
A genuine passion for sports and cultural partnerships, coupled with a strong understanding of how brands effectively engage in sponsorship environments.
