Test Coordinator - 6 months - Wokingham - Inside IR35
We are seeking an experienced CNI Test Coordinator to lead testing activities across secure and regulated network environments. This role is responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing test initiatives to ensure full compliance with CNI standards, governance, and security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain test plans for network isolation and related activities.
Coordinate approval processes and ensure all testing meets compliance and security standards.
Act as the central point of communication between internal teams, delivery leads, and external partners.
Provide regular updates and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the testing lifecycle.
Maintain a strong understanding of CNI infrastructure and clearance requirements.
Work with the UK Resource Management Group (RMG) to secure suitable technical resources.
Align testing resources and timelines with project delivery schedules.
Respond effectively to changing priorities, escalations, and urgent requirements.
Ensure testing outcomes are delivered to the agreed scope, quality, and timescales.
What You Will Ideally Bring:
Proven experience coordinating testing activities within secure or regulated environments (CNI, Defence, or similar).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage across technical and business teams.
In-depth understanding of CNI infrastructure, SC clearance protocols, and secure testing practices.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
Familiarity with resource planning and coordination processes across large-scale technical projects.
Contract Details:
Duration: 6 months (with possible extension)
Day Rate: £300 per day (Inside IR35)
Location: Wokingham
