This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping a next-generation payroll product!

You’ll join a global leading B2B software company at the forefront of innovation, collaborating with talented teams across the UK, Spain, and the US.

Day Rate: £500 Inside IR35

Based: UK

Contract Length: 6 Months

As a German-speaking designer, you’ll be instrumental in bridging communication with German-speaking stakeholders and ensuring seamless collaboration across international teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of design projects and drive them from concept to execution
Collaborate with global teams (Spain, Hyderabad) and key stakeholders
Lead usability improvements and modernise the front-end experience
Work closely with product and engineering teams to implement user-centric solutions
Communicate effectively in German and English with internal and external stakeholders

Experience & Skills:

Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
Strong stakeholder management skills—able to align different teams and push initiatives forward
Proven experience in leading UX/product design projects
Ability to work independently, make decisions, and drive project success
Experience modernising and working on large-scale transformation projects
Experience working within a B2B SaaS organisation
