Overview

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant with 5+ years of experience and a strong technical background. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically in the Customer and Field Service Modules. This role requires a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 customization, the Power Platform, workflows, integrations, and security.

Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to align on objectives, scope, and ensure technical feasibility.
Configure, customize, integrate, and test Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to meet business needs.
Develop workflows, integrations, and reports to demonstrate system capabilities.
Provide technical guidance and recommendations on best practices.
Identify potential challenges and propose solutions.
Document findings and implementation.
Ensure the accuracy of the deliverables through quality assurance practices.
Handle month-end closing activities.
Handle client requirements and focus on the client.

Must Have Skills

At least 5 years of experience.
Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer & Field Service Modules) with a strong technical background.
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 customisation, Power Platform, workflows, integrations, and security.
Ability to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
