DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a bilingual, business-savvy Data Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-impact data solutions across our enterprise. This role will partner closely with business leaders, data engineers, analysts, and architects to translate strategic goals into actionable technical frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Architect end-to-end data solutions that align with business goals and technical standards.
Translate business KPIs and reporting needs into backend data models and pipelines.
Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models (e.g., Star Schema, Data Vault, Lakehouse, Mesh).
Lead solution design reviews, proof-of-concepts, and implementation planning.
Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.
Collaborate across departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance) to deliver integrated solutions.
Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovations that drive efficiency and insight.
Required Skills & Experience
Exceptional communication skills—able to bridge business and technical domains clearly and confidently.
Proven experience designing and deploying complex data architectures across cloud platforms.
Strong understanding of data modeling strategies and performance optimization techniques (e.g., sharding, partitioning).
Experience with AI system architecture and ML Ops practices.
Familiarity with forecasting, classification, and decision-tree models.
Hands-on experience with DevOps, Agile methodologies, and FinOps principles.
Deep understanding of data governance, privacy regulations, and compliance frameworks.
3–5 years in a Solutions Architect or equivalent role.
Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field (preferred).
Experience in health or pharma domains (nice to have).
