As the Senior Vice President of Engineering, you will lead the engineering organization in delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions that make complex data simple and accessible. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership, empowering cross-functional teams to adopt modern architectures, best practices, and efficient development processes. You will drive engineering excellence across AI, cloud, and connectivity initiatives, shaping the technical roadmap while fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture. Operating in a fast-growing, dynamic environment, you will influence product quality, team performance, and organizational growth across multiple geographies. Accountabilities
Define and execute the engineering vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and product roadmaps
Lead technical strategy for AI, cloud, and connectivity initiatives, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability
Build, mentor, and scale a world-class engineering organization across multiple geographies
Establish processes, structures, and metrics to drive predictable, efficient, and high-quality software delivery
Champion modern engineering practices, including DevOps, CI/CD, observability, automation, and secure development
Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Operations teams to ensure seamless end-to-end execution
Communicate technical vision, progress, and risks to executive stakeholders and global teams
Requirements
20+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 8 years in senior executive leadership roles
Proven success in scaling large, distributed engineering organizations in fast-growing software or SaaS companies
Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, AI/ML integration, connectivity, and modern DevOps practices
Strong experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (engineering, quality, operations) across international locations
Exceptional leadership, organizational design, and stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinker with hands-on operational experience and a track record of delivering high-quality software at scale
Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus
Based in Europe with the ability to collaborate across global time zones
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
