As a Client Solutions Manager you will manage Meta’s French Finserv, B2B and Apps partners. This key member of our consultative sales team is responsible for driving technical solutions, performance optimizations, product adoption, education sessions, and innovation at scale, with expertise in performance marketing to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead growth strategies that drive long-term impact for partners. Success in this role requires good data, technical and analytical skills that allows the individual to translate a business objective into an analysis framework, in order to provide best-in-class data-driven consultative sales approach, and the capability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against business goals. You will work closely with our most strategic clients to ensure they are successful with Meta's platforms. This position is based in our Paris office and can travel when needed.
Relationship Manager - EMEA Responsibilities:
Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners
Responsible for educating clients on products, new solutions and best practices to drive adoption and grow existing business partnership
Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Facebook solutions against client's marketing objectives
Conduct data analyses to guide client strategy, which may include setting up dashboards to detect performance patterns and translate them into actionable insights
Build and manage relationships with key clients, agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners, etc.)
Advise on media, measurement, and creative strategy to deliver against client goals
Collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and co-manage complex work streams
Flawless management of internal account operations (revenue delivery, media recommendations, troubleshooting issues, optimization opportunities)
Be an active contributor of the regional sales team to contribute to overall team goals and development
Open to travel as needed
App expert, Fluent in English
Minimum Qualifications:
Fluency in English
Curiosity and hunger to learn
Mobile App, Gaming or Finserv hands-on startup, scaleup or enterprise experience
Consistently demonstrate level of integrity and ownership
Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience and passion for working with Excel, analyzing large datasets and delivering actionable insights
Acting as a consultant for partners, establishing meaningful relationships and driving clients to action
Communicate, collaborate and work effectively in a team
Experience problem-solving and working with cross-functional teams
Experience in managing complex projects and work streams with minimal direction with a high attention to detail
Consultative selling skills
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in digital media, sales, product and/or performance marketing across Finserv, App, Tech and digital native industries
Critical thinking, analytical and technical skills, as well as curiosity, persistence, and the skills to arrive at solutions in a structured manner and experience communicating this clearly and effectively
Demonstrated skills to develop and manage cross functional partnership as well as client relationships in complex and rapidly evolving environment
Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in digital marketing, e-commerce, or tech
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused, environment with agility to effectively lead complex and changing priorities
Passion for Meta and the overall marketing ecosystem
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field
Fluency in French and English
Ability to travel as needed
