About Earthworm

Earthworm is a group of people who believes we can solve the big issues affecting people and nature today. We work in global supply chains impacting millions of people and places around the world to make the products we buy. We work on the ground, in forests, fields and factories, helping companies, farmers and communities find practical solutions together. And we know that, ultimately, trust and positive changes comes from people getting to work together, hands in the soil.

Your Role

As a Member Manager, your day will be primarily focused on:

• Leading Earthworm Foundation’s collaboration with a global food and beverage company and its affiliates to advance regenerative agriculture and responsible sourcing across France.

• Coordinating and overseeing multiple programs - ensuring quality delivery, strong governance, and alignment with Earthworm Foundation's vision and values.

• Building trusted relationships with members and partners, facilitating strategic discussions, knowledge sharing, and collaboration across supply chains.

• Supporting financial and operational oversight of projects, ensuring effective use of resources and timely delivery of outcomes.

• Representing Earthworm Foundation in the field through member visits, learning events, and transparent communication that showcases our collective impact. • Contributing to shaping Earthworm Foundation's European Regenerative Agriculture strategy, identifying opportunities for innovation, cross-member collaboration, and business development.

Your Profile

As Member Manager - France, you will play a key role in bringing Earthworm Foundation’s mission to life by driving our collaboration with your member and its affiliates on regenerative agriculture and responsible sourcing across France. You will lead and coordinate impactful programs, as well as ensuring consistency with other European projects for the member while contributing to Earthworm Foundation's wider regenerative agriculture vision for Europe.

This role blends strategic direction and practical delivery. You will connect people and ideas across teams, members, and local partners to turn sustainability commitments into real change on the ground. You are motivated by action, skilled at building trust, and passionate about helping farmers and companies transition toward systems that restore nature and strengthen livelihoods.

Experience: At least 10 years’ experience in sustainability, ideally focused on agriculture, agri-food, or supply chain transformation.

Language(s): French & English

Employment: Fixed-Term Contract, 1 year (Maternity Cover)
