As a Learning & Development Officer with a focus on technology and innovation, you drive the digital transformation of learning across the organization. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver impactful learning experiences powered by data and technology.

What you’ll do

You lead end-to-end learning projects, designing digital solutions that align with business goals.
You manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring smooth rollouts and stakeholder engagement.
You evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
You stay ahead of trends in learning technology and AI, building networks with industry experts and vendors.
You ensure accurate reporting and data quality to support internal decision-making.
You foster a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization.

What you bring

You have 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with a strong focus on digital tools and technology.
You’re experienced with LMS platforms — SuccessFactors Learning or similar is a plus.
You’re passionate about both traditional and digital learning methods.
You have a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and thrive in dynamic environments.
You’re skilled at building authentic relationships with stakeholders and partners.
You bring strong communication skills and experience in change management and digital adoption.
